Op Centurion

Hello,

Yesterday afternoon into the evening we had four officers out on foot patrol around the town centre and surrounding areas.

We encountered a large group of 30+ youths on several occasions. Although the group were being cooperative, the town centre isn't an ideal place for children to be hanging around in large groups at night. So please be aware of where your children are.

During the afternoon into the evening there were no reports of shoplifting and very few issues.

We will be out again on centurion this evening, engaging with young people and patrolling the shops.
